In February 2024, ASC Engineered Solutions acquired Ward Manufacturing a leader maker and distributor of piping components used in thousands of installations worldwide, from upscale homes to commercial developments, institutional buildings, public utilities and grand edifices. Ward products are all rooted in a long tradition of American manufacturing. Established in 1924 in Pennsylvania, the corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities remain there to this day.
